“南川”、“狮子山”外围云系对温州的风雨影响分析

摘　　要：利用温州地区地面自动气象站观测资料、Micaps资料、NCEP/NCAR1°×1°再分析资料和温州新一代气象雷达资料等,对"南川""狮子山"外围云系对温州造成的大风和强降水进行分析,并总结出台风外围云系影响时大风和强降水的预报着眼点:可根据雷达基本速度场中的强径向风、地面气压梯度的增大区和台风路径、移速等判断大风;可在把握天气形势前提下,结合垂直上升运动、不稳定层结、水汽输送等条件以及雷达逆风区的存在,确定外围强降水的落区和强度。By use of automatic weather station observational data,Micaps data,NCEP/NCAR 1°×1° reanalysis data and Doppler radar data of Wenzhou,the high wind and heavy precipitation caused by peripheral nephsystem of ＂Namtheun＂ and ＂Lionrock＂ are analyzed.Forecast points about high wind and heavy precipitation caused by typhoon peripheral nephsystem is summarized.High wind can be estimated by the strong radial wind in radar base velocity field,the increase area of the surface pressure gradient,typhoon path and moving speed.The falling area and strength of heavy precipitation can be forecasted by means of the vertical ascending motion,unstable stratification,vapor transfer and anti-wind area on the premise that grasping the weather situation.
