摘　　要：采用Web和数据库技术建立的河南省气象技术装备监控管理系统,实现了对自动气象站、区域自动气象站、雷电监测设备、自动土壤水分站、新一代天气雷达等气象装备运行状态的实时监控,省、市级保障管理部门对辖区内仪器库存、设备维修以及检定情况的管理,以及设备故障的网上申报、故障解决方案的网上在线指导、故障维修的经验积累。系统建成后,为全省各级台站和业务管理人员提供了气象装备的实时运行、设备库存和仪器检定情况,也为全省气象技术装备保障人员提供了丰富的技术文档和交流平台。Henan provincial meteorological technical equipment monitoring and management system based on Web and database technique was constructed.The system realized the real-time monitoring of meteorological equipment running state including automatic weather station,regional automatic weather station,lightning detection equipment,automatic soil moisture station and Doppler radar;and realized the management of instrument inventory,equipment maintenance and examination by provincial or municipal security management department;and realized the equipment breakdown online declaration,online technical guidance and experience accumulation.The system provides real-time running,instrument inventory and equipment examination information;and also provides abundant technical document and communication platform to meteorological technical equipment security personnel in the whole province.
