摘 要:基于搭建的多孔介质燃烧实验台,研究了相应工况下,二次回热对低浓度瓦斯在多孔介质内燃烧特性的影响。实验表明,壁温可以定性判断火焰位置区间;二次回热可以增大相同当量比下的燃烧速度,扩展了调节范围;二次回热使贫燃极限下探到0.35,说明二次回热有助于扩展泡沫陶瓷燃烧器的燃烧范围;二次回热对污染物排放的改善不太明显,但仍处于较低水平。实验结果为设计低浓度瓦斯燃烧器提供参考数据。The experimental set-up for low concentration coal mine gas combustion in porous media was designed and established,and then combustion experiments under various conditions were conducted,which display that the secondary regeneration has changed the burner characteristic parameters through combustion experiments.The study shows that the wall temperature as the judgment can show the location of the flame generally;the secondary regeneration can increase the combustion velocity at the same equivalence ratios.The flammability can reach to 0.35,which indicated the advantage of secondary regeneration for extending the range of combustion.Secondary regeneration reduces the emission of pollutants is not significantly.The experiment results provided reference value for the low concentration coal mine gas burner.
