摘　　要：TY160推土机动力换档变速箱为行星齿轮式,结构复杂,一旦发生故障,分析、判断和排除都较为困难。文中对推土机变速器离合器摩擦片烧损的故障原因进行了简要分析,详细说明了故障的排除过程并提出了一些看法。The change speed gear box of TY160 earthmoveris planet gear structured,and is very complicated.So it is very difficult to analyze and remove its hitch.This paper will brief the burnt of the chafe of the change gear box,and will detail the removing process of the hitches,at the same time the author has put forward some proposals.
