摘 要:变位系数的确定是少齿差内啮合传动设计的关键.在对少齿差内啮合传动分析的基础上,介绍了少齿差内啮合传动的两个主要限制条件;推导出内齿轮插齿、外齿轮滚齿加工的满足给定的重合度和齿廓不重迭干涉系数要求的少齿差内啮合变位系数的牛顿迭代公式;用实例验证了选代公式的正确性,并且同内、外齿轮均滚齿加工的计算情况进行了比较.迭代公式的结果保证了标准顶隙,而且得出的啮合角比较小.The modification coefficient ensurance is the key to design few teeth difference internal gear meshing. On basis of transmission analysis of fewer teeth difference internal gear meshing, two main restriction factors of few teeth difference internal gear meshing are introduced and Newton iteration formula of the modification coefficient that is based on internal gear is cut with cutter and external gear is cut with hob is presented. The Newton iteration formula can satisfy given contact ratio and non-trochoidal interference ratio. The accuracy of the formula is tested and verified with an example and computation result is compared with which derived from that internal gear and external gear are cut with gear hob. The result of Newton iteration formula can ensure standard top gap separation and that meshing angle is slightly smaller.
