摘  要:目的研究丙泊酚镇静时氟马西尼对患者脑电双频指数(BIS)的影响。方法择期行妇科子宫肌瘤剥出术或全子宫切除术患者40例,ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级,随机均分为两组。实施椎管内麻醉,术中采用丙泊酚镇静,维持患者BIS值在65±3。分别在关腹时静注氟马西尼0.01mg/kg(F组)和生理盐水0.1ml/kg(C组)。观察给药前、给药后2、4、6、8、10、15、20min时的BIS值。结果给药后6~20minF组BIS值显著高于C组(P〈0.05)。结论丙泊酚镇静时氟马西尼可提高患者的BIS值,加快患者苏醒。Objective To explore the effect of flumazenil on bispectral index (BIS) in patients sedated by propofol under intraspinal anesthesia. Methods Forty ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients undergoing elective gynecology surgery were divided into 2 groups randomly. Patients received intraspinal anesthesia and BIS were maintained at 65 by infusing propofol. When BIS was stabilized for 20 mins, saline 0. 1 ml/kg i.v. was infused to the patients in group C and flumazenil 0.01 mg/kg to group F. SBP, DBP, HR, SpOz and BIS were recorded at following time points: pre-dosing, 2, 4, 6, 8,10, 15 and 20 rain after administration. Results Compared with group C, BIS increased significantly in group F at 6-20 rain after administration. There was no significant difference of SBP, DBP, HR, SpO2 at each time point between groups. Conclusion Flumazenil can increase the BIS value of patients sedated by propofol under intraspinal anesthesia, accelerate patients' revival.
