摘 要:针对订单生产条件下,缩短订单周期是赢得顾客订单,提高市场竞争能力的重要保证,本文构造了订单生产环境下2种典型的OEM生产方式的运作框架模型.对影响OEM企业的订单响应能力的因素进行了分析,探讨了OEM订单响应能力问题,提出了缩短订单周期的几个有效策略:压缩OEM订单流程、动态OEM排产系统、合作计划、柔性生产与交货系统等.最后用案例对某公司的OEM订单流进行分析,探讨了在企业中运用有关策略提高订单响应能力的基本思想.Under the environment of order manufactur- ing, shortening order cycle is critical guarantee for wining customer order and increasing market competency. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of OEM manufacturing and the important factors impacting OEM enterprises order responsiveness, constructs two types of OEM manufacturing operations framework model. Then, some effective strategies for shortening order cycle are proposed: shortening order process, dynamic scheduling system based on capacity reservation and information updating, collaborative plan- ning, flexible production and delivery system. At last, a case is used to analyze the order flow of one OEM manufacturer; basic thoughts of how to use relative strategies to increase the order responsiveness are discussed.
