远场涡流检测电路的研究

摘　　要：设计时采用了以单片机为主线，包括激励电路、锁相放大电路、信号处理电路等在内的一整套远场涡流检测电路，与远场涡流传感器配合。Describes the Remote Field Eddy Current(RFEC) testing circuit which is designed for cooperate with the highly sensitive RFEC probe. It is a series of RFEC testing circuits which are use the single chip microcontroller as the main clue,consist of impellent circuit,phase locked amplifier circuit,signal processing circuit,etc. It has get good testing results cooprate with the RFEC probe.
