摘 要:相似换算法是水泵设计中的一种常用方法,但单纯用相似换算定律设计叶轮模型存在一定的局限性考虑到这种局限性,作者开发出新一代交互式相似换算软件软件在相似换算定律基础上,结合设计者设计经验和一些速度系数法计算结果,对原叶轮模型轴面图或换算后叶轮模型轴面图进行自动修改或人工修改,将修改后图形读入程序,重新生成数据文件,再在轴面图基础上生成木模截线图这样设计出真正可靠。Affinity law is often used in designing pumps. But there is some limitation in designing impeller model simply by affinity law. The author develops a new interactive software of affinity design. Based on affinity law, incorporating designers experience and the results calculated by velocity coefficient method, this software can modify the axonometric drawing of original model or the model after affinity design automatically or manually, then it writes the drawing information after modified into program and reproduces data files.And finally it produces form drawing on the base of axonometric drawing. In this way, we can develop reliable and excellent hydraulic models.
