摘　　要：由自然人文资源大省向经济文化强省的跨越,是山西省委、省政府的发展战略。强省之基在于强县。文化强县建设具有紧迫性和重要意义,需要从机制、人才、品牌、产业、平台等各方面全面建设。Transforming From natural human resources large province to economic and cultural strong province is the development strategy to the provincial party committee and government.Strong County is the foundation of the strong province.Cultural Strong County construction with urgency and significance,need from mechanism,talent,brand,industrial,platforms and various aspects the comprehensive construction.
