摘　　要：2007年11月是一段令人感慨的岁月,黄禹锡被认定学术造假500天后,哈佛大学达利教授确认黄氏干细胞株有效,功成名就;再过100天之后,体细胞克隆猴胚胎出笼,"基因鸡尾酒"诱导的干细胞上桌,三项有关生命本质的突破性技术全部被美日科学家尽收囊中,黄禹锡在衡量成败的东西方双重标准中不言放弃。始于2005年底的黄禹锡事件,标志了东西方科学技术共同体,终止了延绵数千年的童贞交流史。开始了政治经济利益博弈下的新一轮交往,极具对当下科技战略、伦理标准和学术规范等科学层面的反思价值。The topic of revaluating the contributions by Dr. Hwang Woo-Suk and the activities by all related key roles between West-East scientific communities is significant to the understanding of the truth connected to the history of science in the 21st century. This article is focused on providing evidences after Dr. Hwang Woo-Suk was prohibited to conduct any researches using human stem cells.
