摘　　要：气象服务作为国家重要公共服务,民航气象业务系统的安全运行十分重要。文章引入神经网络技术,设计了基于ART2网络的民航气象服务器业务维护系统,可用于对民航气象业务系统进行实时监控、故障分析与处理,为系统管理员的系统维护提供决策支持、数值分析和经验积累总结。Civil aviation is one of basic institutions in our country,the safe run of its meteorology servicer is very important.The essay introduces the technologies of neural net,and put forward the design and implement of maintenance system of civil aviation meteorology servicer based on ART2,which does real time monitoring,fault treatment and fault research for civil aviation meteorology service operation system,and which is used as auxiliary means for system managers＇ watch-keeping to afford decision support,numerical analysis and accumulation and summary of experience for system manager.
