扩大安徽省就业的路径分析

摘　　要：针对安徽省就业的严重形势,论证分析了如下对策:实行更为积极的财政支持和货币支持的创业、就业政策,加大教育投入、全面开发人力资源,城乡劳动力管理从二元分治向一元协调转变等制度创新,促进农民工市民化、技能化和智能化,加快城镇化进程;向国内外开放,创造有利于扩大创业、就业的安徽环境;调整结构,发展第三产业;工业化从孤军深入向以科技为支撑的产业聚集带动转变。Several measures on the enlargement of employment are proposed in this paper,including making use of the public finance policy and currency policy to support people to start their own business and promote employment,increasing investment in education,developing human resources all around,establishing a unified urban and rural labor market,helping the peasant workers to be civilized,skilled and intelligent,fastening the pace of urbanization,opening up to the outside world to create a beneficial environment for business and employment,adjusting the structure of local economy and developing service industries,and developing industrialization by improving industry cluster through the upholding of technology.
