摘  要:为进行经济分析,本文对热力学的损耗功价值化,提出损耗功成本的概念.化工过程的总成本由损耗功成本、固定投资成本和管理成本构成.对两种NH4Cl工业废水的典型蒸发流程进行了经济分析,得出等成本的设备使用寿命n与利率i间的关系,揭示不同流程的经济适用范围.与此相关,探讨了标准态的选定,以及NH4Cl水溶液的值计算等问题.In order to carry out exerts economic analysis, the loss work of thermodynamics was valued,and the concept of loss work cost was proposed in this paped It was defined the chemical process sum cost consist of loss work cost, fixed investment and management cost. Exergy economic analysis about two evaporation process of ammonium chloride solution was completed. The relationship between equipment service life and interest fate was setup if their sum cost is equal. The suitable scopes of tWo evaporation process was uncovered.And the choose of exergy standard state and the calculation formula of exergy value of ammonium chloride solution were discussed respectively.
