摘  要:分析了南水北调中线黄河以北冬春气温特点,可能发生的冰凌现象及运行原则。提出了防治倒虹吸管冰塞的临界淹没水深,以及在明渠中形成稳定初始冰盖的临界水力学条件,最后研究了开河特点及冰凌灾害的控制方法。This article investigated the air temperature characteristics and icing process in winter-spring period during past 50 years in the North of the Yellow River along the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project.The critical submerged water depths of the inverted siphons against ice jams and the critical hydraulic criteria of the initial smooth ice cover forming were determined.At last,the paper provided the prevention method against ice disasters in the break-up in spring,including ice jams and ice floods
