摘　　要：针对南水北调中线调水工程水质监测及管理的要求,提出对GPS(Globle Position System,全球定位系统)移动数据采集终端及其数据处理系统的功能需求,采用RESTfull Web Service的思想设计了监测终端与数据处理系统之间的REST风格的通信协议,选择智能手机平台实现了GPS移动数据采集终端,结合地理信息系统采用RubyOn Rails框架实现了数据处理系统。In order to meet the need of water quality monitoring in the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project,the functional requirements of the GPS（Globle Position System） mobile data collection terminal and the data processing system were proposed.The RESTfull solution of communication protocol between the data processing system and monitoring terminal was designed.We selected the smart phone platform to implement the GPS mobile data collection terminal,and use Ruby On Rails framework combined with GIS（Geographic Information System） to achieve the data processing system.
