摘　　要：南水北调中线干线工程点多、线长、涉及面广,影响工程进展的因素多,进度管理的难度极大。工程开工7年来,已逐步建立了完善的进度管理体系,制定了一整套行之有效的管理办法,采取了一系列切实可行的保障措施,并在已经通水的京石段工程建设中得到了很好的验证。全面总结工程建设进度管理的经验教训,对全线后续工程全面展开乃至国内其它类似工程建设具有重要的意义。The Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project is constructed in many spots along a long line,and is influenced by many factors,which leads to a great difficulty for progress management.Since the project started 7 years ago,a systematic control system and effective management measures of the progress have been established,as well as a series of practical security measures have been adopted,which were well tested and verified in Emergency Water Supply Project from Beijing to Shijiazhuang.All of the experiences and lessons are useful for the follow-up parts in the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project and other following domestic projects.
