摘 要:吸收法净化含芳香族污染物废气的吸收液具有COD浓度高,难生物降解的特点,采用Fenton试剂对模拟喷漆车间含二甲苯废气的吸收液进行氧化预处理,考察了H2O2和Fe2+浓度、pH、反应时间等因素对COD去除效果的影响。在H2O2投加量为0.39 mol/L,FeSO4.7H2O投量为16.32 mmol/L,pH为7.4,反应1 h的条件下,初始COD为12850 mg/L的废水的COD去除率可达到71.36%。结果表明,Fenton试剂对该废水可以取到很好的预处理作用。Absorbing wastewater contained aromatic compound gas by absorb method had high COD and was non-biodegradation.Fenton pretreatment had been used for treating simulated wastewater absorbing wastewater contained xylene in spraying-paint workshop.The effects of the dosages of H2O2 and FeSO4.7H2O,pH,reaction time and other factors on the removal rate were investigated.When the dosages of H2O2 were around 0.39 mol/L,the dosages of FeSO4.7H2O were 16.32 mmol/L,pH was 7.4,H2O2 was added continuously,the stirring time was 1 h and the original COD of the absorbing wastewater contained xylene was about 12850 mg/L,the COD removal rate could be up to 71.36 %.The results showed that Fenton pretreatment had good effect for this wastewater.
