摘　　要：铜精矿鼓风烧结工艺不像铅精矿鼓风烧结工艺那样研究深透，它有本身的许多特点．本文采用微薄单元层方法对烧结过程进行研究分析得出：湿球的水份对烧结过程影响很大．并对实际操作过程中遇到的一些问题提出了解决办法．Up-drafe sintering Process for lead concentrate has been invested deeply,but the situation for copper concentrate doesn't like this one and it has much properties.This paper presents the analgsis method of micro-thin layer.It shows that the moisture of the wet ball feed has a great influence upon the sintering process.Some solutions for the problems encountered during normal operation are also discussed.
