摘 要:采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)和HAAKE流变仪研究了不同用量的抗冲型丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACR)改性氯化聚氯乙烯(CPVC)的凝胶化性能及流变性能,综合力学性能、耐热性能、微观形貌对ACR改性CPVC进行系统研究。结果表明,ACR的加入能极大地提高CPVC的凝胶化度,促进塑化,改善CPVC加工性能,ACR用量6-9份为宜,对CPVC的增韧效果较好。The gelation behavior and theological property of CPVC modified with different amount of ACR were studied using DSC and HAAKE rheometry. The mechanical property, heat resistance and microscopic structure were all researched for ACR modifying CPVC. The experiment results showed that ACR could effectively improve processing properties of CPVC as it promoted the plasticization and gelation degree of CPVC. The optimum dosage of ACR was 6 -9 phr, which had good toughening effects on CPVC.
