摘  要:以双料注射成型某轿车外角撑装饰板为例,综合考虑不同浇口位置组合对制件翘曲变形和界面结合力的影响,在Moldflow软件平台上,分析确定浇口位置的最佳组合。在评价界面结合强度时,采用界面区基体局部熔化层最大深度和熔化持续时间作为判断结合力的依据,这对于双料注射成型其它类似塑料件的界面结合强度判断具有一定借鉴意义。Many factors can affect the quality of overnlolding or bi-component injection parts, which are studied less at present. In this paper, the effect of different gate-location compositions on warp deflection and interfacial bonding of a car exterior corner brace overmolded was studied, and the optimum gate-location composition based on Moldflow was finally determined. For evaluating the interfacial bonding strength, the maximum depth of localized melting layer on the basal body in interface zone and the melting duration time were taken as the basis to determine the bonding, which will provide some reference for evaluating the interracial strength of other similar overmolding parts.
