摘 要:以功能单体丙烯酰氧乙基二甲基乙基溴化铵(PEDAB)与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)及丙烯酸丁酯自由基聚合,合成了丙烯酸树脂。以此树脂与一定量的醋酸丁酯配制涂料,并测定涂膜的表面电阻率。结果表明,树脂合成的最佳工艺条件:以正丁醇为溶剂、温度100℃、引发剂(BPO)用量为1%(质量分数)。抗静电性检测结果表明,当功能单体的用量为6%时,涂膜的表面电阻率达到2.2×105Ω,随着功能单体用量的增加,涂膜的表面电阻率没有明显变化。The acrylic acid resin was synthesized with a monomer propylene ethyl dimethyl ammonium bromide (PEDAB) , MMA, BMA and BA by free radical polymerization. The coating material was prepared with the acrylic resin , butyl acetate and the surface resistivity was detected. Experimental results showed that the optimum technological conditions of synthetic resin were with the temperature of 100℃, n-buoh as solvent, the initiator (BPO) of 1% (mass fraction). Antistatic tests showed that the surface resistivity of coating material reached 2.2 ×10^5Ω when the dosage of the functional monomer was 6%. With the increase of the functional monomers, the surface resistivity of the coating did not change significantly.
