摘 要:结合前人研究,依据工作的复杂程度及相应的能力要求,以受教育程度为计量标准,将人力资本划分为创新型人力资本、职能型人力资本和普通型人力资本3类,通过建立Cobb-Douglas函数模型和VAR(向量自回归)模型分别从存量和水平角度实证分析创新型人力资本和安徽经济增长之间的关系。结果表明,创新型人力资本对安徽经济增长有着明显的正向作用。最后根据实证结果为政府创新型人力资本投资和培育提供政策性建议。Based on previous studies,according to the complexity of work and their requirements of ability,at the standard of education,human capital can be classified into three types:creative human capital,functional human capital and general human capital.We make the empirical study on the relationship between creative human capital and economic growth of Anhui province respectively from the viewpoint of stock and level by establishing the Cobb-Douglas model and the VAR model.The results show that creative human capital has a significant positive effect on economic growth of Anhui.Finally,providing policy recommendations for creative human capital investment and training of the relevant departments according to the empirical results.
