摘 要:对由单一组分、多组分表面活性剂复配,用于废旧新闻纸的中性脱墨剂的优选和其脱墨效果进行了研究,并将优选出的中性脱墨剂用于工厂实验。结果表明单一组分、双组分、三组分表面活性剂都可以提高脱墨纸浆白度,但单一组分表面活性剂的脱墨效果不如碱性脱墨剂,而得率却具有明显优势;脱墨纸浆白度随着表面活性剂组分数的提高而逐渐提高,脱墨效果和得率与碱性脱墨剂相当;优选的中性脱墨剂最佳加入量为0.5%(对绝干废纸质量);此外,在工厂实验生产中,中性脱墨剂体现出脱墨效果稳定,适用性好的特点。The paper studied the deinking effects of single surfactant on the neutral deinking efficiency for waste newspaper as well as the synergistic effects among different surfactants.The optimized neutral deinking agent was also used in the factory experiments.The results showed that all of the three surfactant systems studied,single surfactant,binary surfactants and ternary surfactants increased the whiteness of deinking pulp.But the single surfactant did not reach the same deinking level as the alkaline deinking reagent did,while had a better yeld.The pulp whiteness improved with the increase of active components,and the same deinking effectiveness and yield as the alkaline one was archived at the same time.The optimized using level of neutral deinking reagents was 0.5% by mass.In addition,it is stable and adaptable in the factory experiments.
