摘　　要：本文总结了金融消费者保护方面的主要研究成果,介绍了其中的主要观点和主要措施。在此基础上,提出了现有的研究存在以下三个方面的问题:一是仍然存在一定的争议;二是尚未形成系统的理论体系;三是大多以发达国家为研究对象。This paper summarizes the main achievements,basic points and the major measures of financial consumer protection research.On this basis,it states that three aspects of problems need further study.First,there are still disputes on financial consumer protection.Second,theoretical system of the study has not yet formed.Third,the majority of research objects are developed countries.
