摘  要:分析铝包钢线在光纤复合架空地线(OPGW)生产过程中发生断线的主要原因:钢丝内部夹杂;钢丝表面有伤痕;钢丝表面存在堆积物;钢丝组织内索氏体化率低;铝包钢线绞制过程中放线张力不均匀,造成某单线受力过大。解决方法:控制原材料钢丝的质量;控制钢丝热处理质量,以及拉拔时的工作温度;钢丝使用过程中采用正确的运输、装卸及防护方法;控制钢丝清洗的质量;铝包钢线绞制时采用精确放线张力控制。The factors responsible for break of aluminium clad steel during optic fiber ground wire (OPGW) production are classified into 5 categories, i. e, impurities inside the steel wire; scratch on the surface of the steel wire; presence of pile-up on the surface of the steel wire; low sorbite ratio inside the steel wire composition; and uneven pay-off tension during stranding of the aluminium clad steel wires, resulting in too large stess on some wire. The cor- responding counter measures are respectively as follows : control of the quality of the raw material steel wire ; control of the quality of heat-treated steel wire; proper transportation, loading/unloading and protection shall be provided during the process of steel wire use; control of the quality of pickled steel wire; and accurate control of the pay-off tension during stranding of the aluminium clad steel wires.
