摘 要:针对电力系统中的污闪、雾闪和窃电现象,提出一种以DSP嵌入式系统为平台的电力故障检测系统。该系统采用GPS精确授时,利用16位高精度ADC完成数据采集。因为污闪、雾闪和窃电都必然导致输电线两端的电流的不等价现象,所以用两台检测仪在输电线两端同时对电流采集即可。最后将采集到的数据传送给上位机的电力载波检测仪系统以图像的方式显示。根据前端和后端图像的差异,可以迅速判断输电线两端是否存在故障点。现场测试表明,该系统采样精度高,速度快,工作稳定,完全可以满足对污闪、雾闪和窃电现象的检测要求。This paper puts forward a design of power failure detector that uses DSP-embedded system as hardware platform to solve the detection of the pollution flashover,fog flashover and electricity-stealing problem.The system obtains an exact time from the GPS module,and uses a high-precision A/D converter for data acquisition.All the three problems are bound to lead the current on one side of the power transmission line not to be the same as the other,so we can do the current collection on the two ends of the transmission line simultaneously.Finally,the collected data is sent to the power carrier detector system on the host computer for image display.Comparing the image of current information on the two ends,the operators can immediately judge whether there are any faults on the transmission line exist.Filed tests show that the system is stable and the sampling precision and the speed of the system are high enough to meet the detections of the pollution flashover,fog flashover and electricity-stealing problems.
