摘　　要：在全国公路建设中,惟有西藏是中央财政全额拨款。"十一五"期间,中央财政投资西藏公路建设资金将达到207.63亿元。拉萨至贡嘎机场专用通道的建设实现了高等级公路零的突破。In the most highway construction of our country,only Tibet gets the full allocation from the central coffer.In the ＂Eleventh Five-Year＂ period,the highway construction capital invested to Tibet from the central coffer will close to 20.763 billion yuan.The construction of the special airport corridor from Lahsa to Gongga makes a breakthrough of zero in highway.
