摘　　要：介绍了一种异步电机测试系统,详细叙述了该测试系统的软、硬件结构。该测试系统采用西门子S7-300 PLC和Sinamics S120驱动器,提高系统的自动化程度和可靠性。系统采用能量回馈技术,将电能回馈到直流母线进行循环利用。负载试验结果表明,该系统节能效果明显,使用方便。An synchronous motor test system was introduced,and a detailed account on software and hardware structure of the system was given.This test system adopted S7-300 PLC and Siemens S120 frequency converter,which could improve automatic degree and reliability.Energy feedback technology was introduced in this system,and the electrical energy was fed back to DC link to be used circularly.The result of load test indicated the system save energy obviously and was convenient for users.
