摘 要:对陕西主栽猕猴桃品种“秦美”不同枝类叶内8 种矿质元素,在年生长季的含量变化进行了分析测定。结果表明,营养发育枝和短果枝叶内矿质元素含量在年生长季内的变化趋势相似,其中N,P,K 含量变化呈下降态,Mn,Cl含量呈上升态,Cu 的含量变化较小,Fe 的变幅较大,Zn 的含量呈交替升降变化;不同元素都有相对较为稳定的时期;对于猕猴桃叶片营养诊断,建议采样的枝条类型为营养发育枝中部的成熟叶片,采样时期为7~8Eight mineral elements in leaves of different shoots of kiwifruit vine (\%Var.Qinmei\%) had been measured throughout the season.The results showed that the change patterns of the mineral element concentrations in non fruiting shoots were similar to that in fruiting shoots.As the development of vine,the concentrations of N,P,and K of leaves in both non fruiting shoots and fruiting shoots decreased;on the contrary,the concentrations of Mn,and Cl increased.The variable of concentration of Cu was small,and the Fe was great.And the change of Zn showed decrease and increase alternatively.Throughout the season,the concentration of each element measured had a relative stable period.Therefore,it is recommended that the developed leaf in non fruiting shoot of vine is suitable sampling part,and July to August in a year is a suitable sampling period.
