摘  要:通过n(二乙醇胺)∶n(甲基丙烯酸甲酯)=1∶1.05进行M ichael加成反应,制得N,N’-二羟乙基-3-氨基甲基丙酸甲酯(MMB)。以季戊四醇为核,MMB为支化单体,采用准一步法合成第2代端羟基的超支化聚合物(PM-2)。通过甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TD I)分别与甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯(HEMA)、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基丙酮(HMPP)反应,制得含双键的功能单体TD I-HEMA和含光引发基团的功能单体TD I-HMPP,通过这两种单体对PM-2进行端基改性反应,得到超支化UV自引发聚合物(PM-UV)。最后通过调节PM-UV中双键和光引发基团的物质的量之比制得各种PM-UV,并研究各种PM-UV的涂膜性能。结果表明改性单体物质的量之比不同的PM-UV均具有耐热性好、凝胶含量高、成膜硬度好、耐冲击性高等优点。Using diethanolamine and methyl methacrylate(molar ratio of 1: 1.05), N, N' -dihydroxy- ethyl - 3 - amino methyl propionate (MMB) was prepared by Michael addition reaction. Using pentaerythri- tol as the core and MMB as branched monomer and by the method of quasi - one - step a second generation hydroxyl -terminated hyperbranched polymer (PM -2) was synthesized. Though the reaction of toluene 2,4 - diisocyanate (TDI) with [3 - hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) and 2 - hydroxy - 2 - methyl - 1 - phe- nyl acetone (HMPP) ,two functional monomers, one with the double bond named TDI -HEMA and anther with photo initiative groups named TDI - HMPP were prepared. Though the two functional monomers modi- fied with PM -2, hyperbranched UV self- initiative polymers (PM -UV) was obtained. Finally by adjus- ting the molar ratio of double bond and photo initiative groups, different PM - UV was prepared. The film performance with different PM -UV were studied. The results showed that all PM -UV with different molar ratio could provide good performae, such as good heat resistance, high gel content, hardness, high impact strength, etc.
