摘 要:自制Cu-TiO2光催化涂料,重点对所制备的Cu-TiO2光催化涂料在环境测试舱模拟可见光源的室内环境条件下进行降解甲醛研究。利用X射线衍射和紫外-可见分光光谱表征Cu-TiO2光催化剂的微晶尺寸、晶体结构与光学性能。分别讨论分析了光催化剂种类、光催化剂掺杂含量、室内环境湿度、室内环境光源和室内环境光照时间对Cu-TiO2光催化涂料降解效果的影响。结果表明:掺杂Cu的TiO2光催化涂料可以提高对可见光源的响应,在光催化剂掺杂含量2%,室内环境湿度45%时效果最佳。A cu -TiO2 photocatalytic coatings was prepared. The study was focused on photocatalytic formaldehyde degradation under simulated indoor visible light environmental in environmental chamber. The Cu -TiO2 photo catalyst were characterized by X -ray diffraction and ultraviolet -visible diffuse reflection techniques, in terms of its microcrystal size, crystal structure and optical effect. The influence of photocata- lyst variety, the content of photocatalyst blended, humidity of indoor environment, lamp of indoor environ- ment and its timing on degradation effect of Cu - TiO2 photocatalytic coatings' were discussed. The result showed that of Cu - TiO2 photocatalytic coatings can increase the response to visible lamp. The best effect was achieved when the content of Cu blended was 2% , humidity of indoor environment was 45%.
