摘　　要：介绍了农业水土工程学科信息管理系统（ＡＳＷＥＩＳ）的设计原则及系统的结构、功能、特点和运行环境。该系统建立了综合性的学科信息库，并提供多种信息查询工具和数据管理功能。The design principles,system structures,system functions,system characteristics and operation environments of Agricultural Soil Water Engineering Information System (ASWEIS) have been introduced.The ASWEIS has created synthetic information databases,several retrieval methods and data management functions.
