摘 要:为了得到对葡萄炭疽病菌具有较强抑制活性的功能菌株,达到控制葡萄炭疽病的目的。从葡萄果穗、叶片、穗轴上大量分离微生物,采用平板对峙法筛选出对葡萄炭疽病菌具有较强拮抗作用的细菌,编号为GS8。利用常规方法和16SrDNA对其进行鉴定,初步明确GS8为芽孢杆菌。在葡萄果实离体条件下,利用该菌菌悬液喷布果面可有效控制葡萄炭疽病的危害,防治效果达76.9%~100%,尤其是不经针刺处理先喷布该菌菌悬液,防效更佳。In order to get to some strains which had strong inhibition activity to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides.The author isolated the large number of microorganisms from grapefruits;leaves and spike-stalks,and a strain named GS8 was screened through the antagonistic test from them.It was identified as Bacillus through traditional microbiological culture and 16S rDNA test.In the condition of the grapes in culture vessels,the bacterial suspension of GS8 could control bitter rot or anthracnose of grape,and the control effect was 76.9%~ 100%.The control effect was better if sprayed the bacterial suspension of GS8 before spraying spore suspension of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides on grape without acupuncturing treatment.
