摘 要:通过原料物相组成、原料粒度及煅烧温度对新疆尉犁蛭石膨胀性能的影响研究。结果表明:新疆尉犁蛭石主要物相为蛭石、金云母、蛭石-云母混层矿物和方解石;蛭石与蛭石混层矿物含量越高蛭石膨胀倍越大,并主要受蛭石混层矿物含量的影响;在一定范围内蛭石膨胀倍随粒度增大而增大,当原料粒度超过2 mm时,其膨胀倍随粒度的增加而较小;蛭石膨胀倍随煅烧温度上升而迅速增加,但煅烧温度超过700℃时,其膨胀倍不再增加。The effect of phase composition,particle size and calcination temperature on the expansion property of the vermiculite from Weili,Xinjiang was studied.The results indicate that the vermiculite from is the mixture of vermiculite,phlogopite,two kind mixed-layer of vermiculite-mica and calcite.The higher the content of vermiculite and mixed-layer vermiculite-mica minerals is,the larger the expansion ratio of the vermiculite mixture is.The expansion ratio of the vermiculite mixture is proportional to its particle size when it is less than 2 mm and is inversely proportional to the particle size when it is larger than 2 mm.The expansion ratio of the vermiculite mixture increases rapidly with the increase of the calcining temperature and it can reach a maximum temperature of 700 ℃.
