火针配合阳和汤治疗阳虚型痤疮的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察火针配合阳和汤治疗阳虚型痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将45例阳虚型痤疮患者随机分为实验组和对照组,分别给予火针配合中药阳和汤与单用中药阳和汤治疗,观察两组临床症状和皮损的改善情况。结果:两组在疗效及炎症改善程度上均有较好表现,且火针配合中药组优于单用中药组。结论:火针治疗阳虚型痤疮疗效肯定。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of fire needle on treating acne of yang deficiency type. Method ：45 patients with acne of yang deficiency type were randomly divided into two groups： the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was treated with fire needle plus Yanghe decoction （Yang-activating decoction）, while the control group was only treated with Yanghe decoction. The improvement of their clinical symptoms and skin lesions were observed. Result： Both of the two groups had good per-formanees at the therapeutic effect and inflammatory improvement, and the result of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion ： Fire needle therapy had a prominent clinical curative effect on acne of yang deficiency type.
