摘 要:以聚乙二醇-1000(PEG-1000)为模板剂,采用改进的溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2载体,用X射线衍射、N2物理吸附、电镜扫描(TEM)等方法对载体进行表征,并在小型连续固定床反应器上对其进行加氢脱硫性能考察。结果发现,TiO2载体在500℃下焙烧后,仍具有良好的比表面特性和孔结构,比表面积为191.02 m2/g,孔径为5.57 nm,孔容为0.27 cm3/g。其加氢脱硫反应结果显示,TiO2载体负载质量分数20%磷化钼,在360℃,2 MPa,3 h-1反应条件下,其脱硫率为98.57%,而该催化剂在反应前无需预硫化,仍能保持良好的催化活性。TiO2 as support was prepared using improved sol -gel method with polyethylene glycol - 1000 (PEG- 1000) as template agent. The support was characterized by X -ray diffraction, N2 -absorption, scanning electron microscopy. The support was evaluated on the property of hydrodesulfurization in the small continuous fix bed reactor. The result showed that TiO2 as support still had good specific surface and pore structure after calcining at 500 ℃ with specific surface area of 191.02 m^2/g, pore diameter of 5.57 nm, pore volume of 0.27 cm^3/g. The hydrodesulfurization result showed that the desulfurization rate 98.57%, when 20% molydium phosphide was supported at 360 ℃ ,2 MPa ,3 h^-1. The catalyst still had good catalytic activity without presulfurizafion before reaction.
