摘 要:以渗透力为指标,研究了影响脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(5)磷酸酯钠盐合成的主要因素,得到最佳工艺条件为:强力搅拌下,五氧化二磷分批加料,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(5)与五氧化二磷物质的量比为3.8∶1,于70℃下酯化反应4 h,酯化产物于70℃下水解2 h,水量为酯化产物质量的4%。测定了产物的表面活性和应用性能。应用结果表明,产物的耐碱性和渗透性好,对织物煮练效果好,可作为纺织工业用耐碱渗透剂。The effects of the main factors in synthesizing sodium alkyl polyoxyethene (5) ether phosphate on the permeability of the product were investigated. The optimum conditions were determined as follows: feeding P2O5 in batches while stirring strongly, molar ratio of alkyl polyoxyethene (5) ether to P2053.8:1, esterifieation temperature 70 ℃, esterification time 4 hours, hydrolysis temperature 70 ℃, hydrolysis time 2 hours, and amount of the water for hydrolysis 4% based on the mass of esterification product. The surface activity and the application properties of the product were tested. The application results show that the product has good alkali resistance, permeability, and scouring effect for cotton fabric and can be used as alkali -resistance penetrating agent in the textile industry.
