摘　　要：国际疾病分类是一项技术性较强、专业要求较高的工作,在实际工作中经常会遇到一些疑难编码。本文通过对Barlow病、腹型荨麻疹、松果体的卵黄囊瘤、Sweet’s综合征、间擦性皮炎五例疾病编码的解析,概括介绍几种查找疑难编码的方法。The ICD is a piece of work which needs higher technology and specialty. We meet some difficult and complicated codes during practical work frequently.This text introduces several methods of finding Complicated codes generally by analyzing how to code the five hard diseases,which are Barlow＇s disease,gastrointestinal urticaria,yolk sac tumor of epiphysis,Sweet＇s disease and dermatitis intertrigo.
