摘  要:随着电网的不断发展,逐步推行节能调度已是大势所趋,因此预先分析节能调度对上海电网安全稳定的影响具有重要的指导意义。文中在上海现行电网基础上,从节能调度数学模型入手,针对上海电网是个大受端电网的特点,从N-1校核、静态电压稳定、暂态电压稳定等方面,研究分析节能调度对上海电网电压稳定的影响,找到上海电网实施节能调度后电网的薄弱区域以及可能会引起暂态电压失稳的故障方式及对策。研究结果可为节能调度在上海电网的开展以及如何确保上海电网的安全稳定运行提供一定的参考价值。With the development of power grid,the energy-conservation based dispatch(ECBD) has become an irresistible trend;therefore,it's very meaningful to analyze the impacts due to the ECBD on the security and stability of Shanghai power grid.In this paper,the ECBD model is presented and applied to the Shanghai power grid.According to the fact that Shanghai power grid is a large receiving-end system,this paper studies the impact of ECBD on Shanghai power grid from several aspects,such as N-1 check,static voltage stability and transient voltage stability and so on.In addition,this paper also finds out the weak areas in Shanghai power grid after ECBD,and the faults which may cause transient voltage instability.The results are very useful for the implementation of ECBD in Shanghai power grid and ensuring the security and stability of Shanghai power grid.
