摘 要:目的探讨血尿酸(serum uric acid,SUA)水平与原发性高血压(essential hypertension,EH)之间的关系。方法本研究选取2008年7月~2009年7月在广东药学院附属第一医院进行体检的人群,均为广州地区的铁路职工2448人,男性1531例,女性917例,年龄为21~95岁,平均年龄:男性(50.09±7.47)岁,女性(47.92±7.20)岁。检测一般身体指标:身高、体重、血压及生化指标,尿酸(uric acid,UA)。根据上述检查结果分析HUA的流行特征,探讨HUA与EH之间的关系。以SPSS13.0进行统计分析,分析HUA在不同年龄、性别的分布,HUA与血压的关系。组间比较用t检验,率的比较用X2分析,危险因素分析采用非条件Logistic回归分析。结果总体HUA患病率为15.73%,男性患病率为18.16%,女性为11.67%,(P<0.05),总体的患病率随着年龄的增长逐渐上升。血尿酸水平:男性(351.72±9.22)μmol/L,女性(265.28±11.88)μmol/L,(P<0.01)。非条件Logistic回归分析显示,总体人群高血尿酸血症是高血压病的危险因素,OR值为2.06;年龄<60岁人群OR值为2.02。结论 HUA在广州地区铁路职工中患病率较高,总体及女性人群患病率随着年龄增高而上升;男性患病率高于女性。血尿酸与血压影响因素的非条件Logistic回归分析:总体和年龄<60岁组HUA是高血压病的危险因素。Objective: To study the relation between serum uric acid(SUA) and essential hypertension(EH).Methods: The object of the research was the crowd including 2448 persons for health examination in First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University between July 2008 and July 2009,all of whom were the employees of Guangzhou railroad area.1531 of them were male,and 917 were female.The age of male was(50.09±7.47)yr,and(47.92±7.20)yr of female.Physical indicators were detected for each,including height,weight,blood pressure and the biochemistry indexes including fasting plasma glucose(FPG),and uric acid(UA).the epidemic characteristics of HUA were analyzed according to above-mentioned consequence and the relation between HUA and EH was studied.SPSS 13.0 statistical software was used to do analysis,including the distribution of HUA between different ages and sexes and the relation between HUA and blood pressure.T test was used for interclass comparison,x2 Analysis for proportion comparison,Pearson correlation analysis for correlation analysis,and non-conditional logistic regression analysis for analysis of risk factors.Results: The morbidity rates of HUA in whole were 15.73%,and 18.16% in male,11.67% in female,the morbidity rate was high with the age rising.The blood uric acid levels of male were(351.72±9.22)μmol/L,(265.28±11.88)μmol/L in female.Non-conditional logistic regression analysis displayed that HUA was a risk factor for EH in the crowd,and the OR was 2.06;and for aged60yr,the OR was 2.02.Conclusion:The morbiThedity rate of HUA in the employees of Guangzhou railroad area rises obviously with ages in the total and in the female;the morbidity rate of male is higher than that in the female.Non-conditional logistic regression analysis for SUA and blood pressure: HUA is a risk factor of EH in the total and for aged〈60yr.
