摘  要:对中棉所20 的低酚等主要性状的遗传特异性研究表明,两对纯合双隐性基因gl2gl2gl3gl3 能够稳定遗传,花器外观表现为雌蕊柱头短,雄蕊花丝长且早散粉,大大降低异交率。因此,在不隔离种植情况下,可保持低酚棉大田纯度在98% 以上。同时,采用拓展亲本来源、复合杂交等手段,克服了低酚棉遗传变异率低,以及遗传单一的弊端。中棉所20 综合经济性状优于有酚棉中棉所16,且其叶绿素、蛋白质降低缓慢,SOD、POD酶的含量高。A study made on the genetic specificity of low gossypol characters of CCRI 20 show that two paris of homozygous double recessive genes gl 2gl 2gl 3gl 3 have stable inheritance. In outward appearance of anther, the stigma of pistil is short, while the stamen is long, and pollen can be early dispersed. These characteristics lead to a very low rate of outcrossing. When planted in field without barriers, this variety has a field seed purity above 98%. At the same time, by enlarging the source of parents and adopting composite crosses, the defects of low genetic variability and genetic uniformity of low gossypol cotton can be overcomed. CCRI 20 is an excellent variety among the low gossypol cottons. Its comprehensive economic characters are better than those of the glanded CCRI 16. Moreover, its chlorophyll and protein content are low, While SOD and POD content are high, with high activity.
