大豆质核互作雄性不育系NJCM S1A的选育及其特性

摘　　要：栽培大豆品种间杂交组合Ｎ８８５５×Ｎ２８９９ 的Ｆ１ 表现雄性不育，经与Ｎ２８９９ 连续回交４ 代，选育出综合农艺性状优良、花粉败育率为１００％ 的大豆质核互作雄性不育系ＮＪＣＭＳ１Ａ及其保持系ＮＪＣＭＳ１Ｂ。不育系雌性育性正常，在不同环境条件下雄性不育性稳定。在回交世代ＢＣ１Ｆ１、ＢＣ２Ｆ１ 不育株中发现个别花内含有２ 个雌蕊（周围２０ 个雄蕊）、３ 个雌蕊（周围３０The F 1 of N8855×N2899, a cross between two G. max cultivars, was found to be male sterile. After it was back crossed with the recurrent parent N2899 for four successive generations, a cytoplasmic nuclear male sterile line and its maintainer line, designated as NJCMS1A and NJCMS1B, respectively, were obtained. NJCMS1A performed stably in male sterility and normal in female fertility with 98.29% plants male sterile and 0 pollen germination. The abnormal phenomenon of 2～3 styles surrounded by 20～30 stamens was founded in some flowers of male sterile plants of BC 1F 1 and BC 2F 1.
