摘  要:栽培大豆品种间杂交组合N8855×N2899 的F1 表现雄性不育,经与N2899 连续回交4 代,选育出综合农艺性状优良、花粉败育率为100% 的大豆质核互作雄性不育系NJCMS1A及其保持系NJCMS1B。不育系雌性育性正常,在不同环境条件下雄性不育性稳定。在回交世代BC1F1、BC2F1 不育株中发现个别花内含有2 个雌蕊(周围20 个雄蕊)、3 个雌蕊(周围30The F 1 of N8855×N2899, a cross between two G. max cultivars, was found to be male sterile. After it was back crossed with the recurrent parent N2899 for four successive generations, a cytoplasmic nuclear male sterile line and its maintainer line, designated as NJCMS1A and NJCMS1B, respectively, were obtained. NJCMS1A performed stably in male sterility and normal in female fertility with 98.29% plants male sterile and 0 pollen germination. The abnormal phenomenon of 2~3 styles surrounded by 20~30 stamens was founded in some flowers of male sterile plants of BC 1F 1 and BC 2F 1.
