摘  要:采用离体组织培养技术对不同经济类型猪种的脂肪合成代谢及分解代谢进行了比较研究。结果表明,脂肪的分解代谢在品种间差异不显著,而月龄间差异极显著,即随着年龄的增长,其脂解率明显下降。香猪利用14C-葡萄糖掺入总脂、脂肪酸、甘油及CO2 的能力均显著高于长白猪,且脂肪酸的合成随年龄的增长而上升,甘油的合成随年龄的增长而下降。脂肪的合成代谢及分解代谢平衡的结果最终说明了脂肪随年龄增长而沉积增多的规律。Adipose tissue in vitro culture technique was taken to different economical types of pig in order to find the difference between their anabolism and catabolism. The result indicated: there were no significant differences of lipolysis between breeds, but with the age increasing the lipolysis was significantly decreased. Xiang pig incorporated more 14 C glucose into total lipid, fatty acid,glycerol and CO 2 than Landrace. The synthesis of fatty acid increased with the age increasing, but the synthesis of glycerol decreased with the age increasing. The balance of the anabolism and catabolism explained the law that the fat accumulation increased with the age increasing.
