摘 要:采用机械合金化法制备LaMg11Zr+200%Ni+x%Mg(x=0、5和10)合金,研究了镁含量x对产物结构和电化学性能的影响。球磨20 h后,LaMg11Zr+200%Ni+x%Mg合金呈非晶态,颗粒随x的增加而细化。LaMg11Zr+200%Ni+x%Mg合金电极的活化性能较好,最大放电容量随着x的增加而增大,但循环稳定性降低。当x=10时,以50 mA/g的电流放电至截止电位-0.6 V,合金电极的最大放电比容量为994.8 mAh/g,第30次循环的容量保持率为26.0%。合金电极的高倍率放电性能随着放电电流的增大而减弱,随着x的增加而增强。LaMg11Zr+200%Ni+x%Mg(x=0,5 and 10)alloys were prepared by means of mechanical alloying,the effects of Mg content x on structure and electrochemical performance of the products were studied.After 20 h ball-milling,the LaMg11Zr+200%Ni+x%Mg alloys were amorphous,the grains get finer with the increasing of x.The activation behavior of LaMg11Zr+200%Ni+x%Mg alloy electrodes was fine,the maximum discharge capacity increased with the increasing of x,but the cycle stability decreased.When x=10 and discharged at the current of 50 mA/g to the cut-off voltage-0.6 V,the maximum specific discharge capacity of the alloy electrode was 994.8 mAh/g,the capacity retention rate at the 30th cycle was 26.0%.The high rate discharge ability of the alloy electrodes decreased with the increasing of discharge current,increased with the increasing of x.
