IL-10基因启动子区-592位点单核苷酸多态性在宁夏回、汉族人群中的分布

摘　　要：目的研究白细胞介素10(interleukin10,IL-10)基因启动子区-592位点单核苷酸多态性在宁夏回族与汉族人群中的分布频率。方法应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术对210例回族和308例汉族人群IL-10基因启动子区-592多态性位点进行检测。结果 IL-10基因启动子区-592位点基因型频率及等位基因频率在宁夏回、汉族中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。将宁夏回、汉族群体合并,然后按性别分组,IL-10基因启动子区-592多态性位点的基因型频率及等位基因频率在宁夏群体不同性别组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 IL-10基因启动子区-592多态性位点在宁夏回、汉族人群中分布无明显的差异。Objective To study the frequencies of allele and genotype distribution of interleukin10（IL-10）,IL-10 gene promoter-592A/C polymorphisms in the Hui and Han people in Ningxia,and to analyze the distributions of IL-10 polymorphism among different places and race.Methods The gene IL-10-592A/C polymorphisms was examined by the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism（PCR-RFLP） methods in 210 Hui and 308 Han healthy adults.Results The phenotype frequency and allele gene frequency of IL-10-592A/C were not significantly different between the Hui and Han ethnic in Ningxia（P0.05）.The Hui and Han ethnic in Ningxia were merged and divided into two groups in according to sex.The phenotype frequency and allele gene frequency of IL-10 gene were not significantly different between the female and male in Ningxia（P0.05）.Compared with the other areas,the IL-10 polymorphisms were significantly different（P0.05）.Conclusion IL-10-592A/C genes distribution is not significantly different in the Hui and Han ethnic of Ningxia,but their distributions are significantly different from the other areas and ethnic populations.The variation of IL-10 gene polymorphism among different places and ethnic groups might account for the diverse clinical spectrum of some IL-10 related diseases.
