摘  要:目的研究同种异体富血小板血浆(PRP)对兔前肢骨折的修复作用。方法制备同种异体PRP后,选取健康新西兰大白兔60只,在动物两侧桡骨制作骨折模型后随机分为3组,异体PRP组:术中在骨折端放置异体PRP;注射用骨肽组:术后肌注0.2m l/kg注射用骨肽;对照组:术后肌注0.2 m l/kg生理盐水。分别于术后2、4、6、8周处死动物,通过X线片,组织学染色观察兔骨折愈合情况。结果异体PRP组动物骨膜反应出现时间早于其他组,骨痂形成的面积也最大;术后6周骨折完全愈合。结论异体PRP有促进兔早期骨折修复的作用,且无明显副作用。Objective To study the effect for repairing rabbit bone fracture by allograftic platelet-rich plasma.Methods 60 healthy New Zealand white rabbits were selected and divided into three groups.The radius fracture was made in both sides.The rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: experiential group,the bone were filled with allograftic PRP;Cervus and cucumis polypeptide group: the rabbits received intramuscular injection of Cervus and cucumis polypeptide(0.2 ml/kg);the control group: the rabbits received intramuscular injection of NS(0.2 ml/kg).Animals were killed at 2,4,6 and 8 weeks.Bone healing was observed by X-ray and histological staining.Results The rabbits in PRP group had earlier periosteal osteotylus and larger bone callus area than that in Cervus and cucumis polypeptide group in the second week.The fracture in PRP group healed after 6 weeks.Conclusion Allograftic PRP plays a beneficial role in repairing rabbit radius bone fractures and has no side effect.
