摘 要:本文采用水溶性磺化聚苯乙烯(PSSA)为助剂、用硫酸铝作混凝剂,对系列含典型阳离子染料的模拟废水进行脱色试验.试验结果表明:PSSA分子具有较强的助凝作用,令带正电荷的染料离子大量集结于PSSA分子链周围而形成新的聚集体,这些聚集体在硫酸铝或碱式氯化铝的作用下会进一步发生凝聚,在控制水溶液的pH值接近于7的情况下,硫酸铝絮凝作用使含有染料离子的凝聚体形成矾花,该矾花可经静置沉淀或离心分离而被除去.In the decolorizing testes of this paper, The series simulated wastewater contained typical cation dyes. The water-solube polystyrenesulfonic acid (PSSA) was used as an assistants and the aluminium sulfate was used as a coagulating agent.The test data showed that the PSSA is a strong coagulant aids. A large number of the cations of the cation dyes would be attracted around the PSSA molecular chain to form the new coalescing particles. The particles can further be coagulated by aluminium sulfate or by basic aluminium chloride. Control the pH≈7, The particles containing cation dye would be acted to form the sediment because of flocculating effect from the aluminium sulfate. The sediment can be removed by setting or by centrifugation.
