摘  要:推导了基尔霍夫驻留相位近似法理论的计算公式。基于基尔霍夫驻留相位近似法研究了平面波入射深粗糙度高斯型粗糙面的光散射,综合高斯型粗糙面的自相关函数给出了不同极化状态下散射系数的数学表达式。由数值计算获得了不同散射角、散射方位角及入射波波长的双站和单站散射系数,讨论了粗糙面高度起伏均方根、相关长度、介质介电常数和入射波波长对散射系数的影响,获得了高斯型粗糙面光散射系数的特征。研究结果表明:粗糙面高度起伏均方根、相关长度、介质介电常数、入射波波长对高斯型粗糙面光散射系数的影响较复杂。The relational formulae of Kirchhoff stationary phase approximation were derived in this paper.The optical wave scattering with plane wave incidence on the very rough Gaussian surface was studied based on the Kirchhoff stationary phase approximation.The formulae of the scattering coefficient for different polarization were presented considering the autocorrelation function of the Gaussian rough surface.The coefficient of mono-scattering and bistatic scattering with the various scattering angle,scattering azimuth-angle and wave length of the incident wave were obtained by numerical implementation.The influence of the root mean square and correlation length of rough surface,permittivity of dielectric and wave length of the incident wave on the scattering coefficient was discussed,and the characteristics of optical wave scattering coefficient were obtained.The numerical results showed that the influence of the root mean square and correlation length of rough surface,dielectric constant and wave length of the incident wave was very complex.
