摘 要:自1999年9月壳牌公司首次使用甲酸铯钻井液以来,到2009年10月,世界上已有18家石油公司在220多口高温高压井中使用甲酸铯/钾盐水进行钻井、完井及修井等作业。甲酸铯/钾钻井液、完井液具有无固相、气体溶解度和腐蚀性低、润滑性和相容性好及储层伤害性低等特点,很好地解决了高温高压井中常规钻井液存在的缺陷。气体溶解度低能够较好地控制井涌;润滑性能好能够降低摩阻和扭矩,从而降低压差卡钻的风险,提高机械钻速;相容性好、储层伤害性低能够降低修井需求,提高采出速度;可生物降解能降低HSE风险。基于对卡博特公司的甲酸铯手册及国外发表的有关甲酸铯/钾钻井液和完井液文献的深入分析,介绍了国外甲酸铯/钾钻井液和完井液的常用处理剂、配方,应用现状及回收利用情况,并对其应用前景进行了分析。Cesium/potassium drilling fluid was first used by Shell in 1999, and it had been used in drilling, completion,workover and other operations in more than 220 HTHP wells by 18 oil companies to October 2009. Ce sium/potassium drilling fluid has many characteristics such as solid-flee,low gas solubility, low corrosion, better lu bricity and compatibility, low reservoir damage, etc, which can effectively overcome some shortcomings of traditional drilling fluids in HTHP operations. Low gas solubility can control well kick. Good lubrication can reduce torque and friction,there by reducing the risk of differential sticking and increasing drilling speed. Good compatibility and low reservoir damage can reduce workover operation and increase recovery rate. Biodegradable features can lower HSE risk. Based on the analysis of cesium manuals published by Cabot Specialty Fluids Ltd. and many other literatures, this paper introduces the additives and formulas of cesium/potassium drilling and completion fluids that were commonly used in abroad, and also analyzes its application prospect.
